Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the customer will be handled as follows

Cancellation deadline: No cancellation fee will be charged if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to the departure time* of the flight.
Cancellation fee: For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure time or in the event that the customer has not received the merchandise by the time the flight departs, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
*Cancellation will not be accepted less than 48 hours prior to departure time, as the merchandise has already been processed for export. Please note that the merchandise will be disposed of and no refunds will be made.

If you wish to cancel, please contact [otoiawase@nwi924.com] at least 48 hours prior to the departure time of your reserved flight.

Departure time” refers to the scheduled departure time on the timetable, and is the same as in this policy.

2. In the event of cancellation of a reserved flight, the following treatment will be applied.
(1) If your flight is cancelled due to force majeure, such as bad weather or accident, and you are unable to use the Service, we will consider the following measures.
① If you contact us promptly, we will check the situation and reschedule your flight to another date.
② We may ask you to submit a certificate of flight cancellation from the airline company.
(2)The preceding paragraph shall apply at the discretion of the Company.
